How do I get a tax invoice for my tuition fees?

Tax invoices for your tuition fee payments can be accessed at any time via the "My Accounts" section of your logged-on "My Profile" page.

I received an email stating that I need to update my payment details. What happened?

Campus’ cutting-edge, automated billing system runs a daily routine to process due tuition fees. When a payment is declined (declined payments can occur as a result of an expired credit card, insufficient funds, an authorisation issue with the bank, or simply a temporary communication error between the payment gateway and your banking institution), our system automatically sends out an email notification to you letting you know we’ve had a problem.

If you’ve received a notification, please login to your account to check if your payment details are up-to-date (including the expiry date). You can do this via the "My Accounts" section of your "My Profile" page. If you would like the payment re-processed (i.e. you do not think there is a problem with your account), you do not need to take any action as this occurs automatically – if the payment is declined again, our system will email another notification.

I would like to pay my tuition via direct debt or cheque. Is that possible?

Unfortunately, we can’t accept those payment methods. Our systems are all automated using our bank-level-security processing system. This allows us to keep our costs down, so we can provide you a quality product at the most reasonable price possible.

Can I still access my completed courses if I have outstanding tuition?

You can access all courses, including all free courses and resources, whilst your tuition is up to date. Even after you have paid for your course, you can access your course forever. However, if you fall behind in your tuition fees, your account may be suspended or even cancelled, in which case you will not be able to access course content, including courses you have completed in the past. You will however be able to bring your overdue tuition fees up to date and regain access at any point by logging in, updating your payment details and processing any due payments. You can do this via the "My Accounts" section of your "My Profile" page.

Can I get a refund of tuition fees?

You may be eligible for a refund if you meet the criteria set out in our Refund Policy, which is published in the Campus Student Handbook. I’ve been paying tuition fees but haven’t accessed resources. Can I get a refund?

You may be eligible for a refund if you meet the criteria set out in our Refund Policy, which is published in the Campus Student Handbook. Our refund policy is aligned to and compliant with Australian Consumer Law.

It is important to note that our service is provided in making course content available to you, regardless of whether or not you choose to access those services. To draw a comparison, Campus courses are analogous to a gym membership - your payment gives you the right to access resources, regardless of whether or not you decide to.

What is the Campus Refund Policy?

The Campus Refund Policy can be found in the Campus Student Handbook. Our refund policy is aligned to and compliant with Australian Consumer Law.

What happens if my account access is "suspended"?

When your account is suspended, you can still log in to your myCampus, but can no longer access course content, including past courses you may have completed.

To renew your access, please login to your myCampus, update your payment details and process any due payments. You can do this via the "My Accounts" section of your "My Profile" page.
