There is no charge for an individual to access personal information that Campus holds about them; however Campus may charge a fee to make a copy. Individuals will be advised of how they may access or obtain a copy of their personal information and any applicable fees within 10 days of receiving their written request.
If an individual considers their personal information to be incorrect, incomplete, out of date or misleading, they can request that the information be amended. Where a record is found to be inaccurate, a correction will be made as soon as practical. Where an individual requests that a record be amended because it is inaccurate but the record is found to be accurate, the details of the request for amendment will be noted on the record. There is no charge for making a request to correct personal information.

Campus web servers collect your IP address to assist us maintain the quality of the services provided and to be able to diagnose any problems with the system. The information collected is aggregate only and cannot be associated with your private information.

When a payment is processed and declined for any reason, we will inform you via email. Students have the option to 1/ change their details via their Profile (must be logged-in), or 2/ contact our support team during business hours on (07) 3112 2071 to update details via the phone.
The Campus support team may contact users to help with problems they may encounter from time to time. We advise you not to provide your password during telephone communications.
Campus encourages users to provide feedback about our website and services. All enquiries will be carefully considered and responded to by our customer support team (along with any actions it may require).
By registering with Campus you will receive our online newsletter (ezine) to keep you informed of our services and special offers. Your name and email will be used for the delivery of the newsletter. You can automatically unsubscribe from the ezine at any time using the link within the ezine.
